A new beginning
This class turned out to be so much more than I expected. Our instructor, Melia worked with everyone on such a personal and real level and we all came away refreshed and different. This experience was a life changer for me! Experiencing the nature and forests on Big Island was amazing and I gained knowledge that I will keep with me forever. Definitely an experience in truly experiencing the spirit of Hawaii and touching my own spirit.

この講座の中で、ボルケーノの森を歩き、自分が心惹かれる木や葉っぱに触れたり、気に入った場所で立ち止まり瞑想したこと、ペレにお花を捧げて自分の手放したいものを手放したこと、海のそばでのメディテーション、..そして受け止めてもらいました。

This was an amazing and heartwarming experience for me. I didn’t realize how down I was until Melia lightened me up. I saw the truth in her eyes and faced it. I feel so inspired to live my best life!
